Your VIP Visit

Make sure to arrive at 6:30pm (or 1:30pm for matinee shows) to enjoy the full experience.
2.
On arrival, please enter via the Right hand VIP entrance where you will receive your exclusive Come Alive! commemorative gift and VIP wristband that will give you full guest access to the venue.
3.
Should you wish to drop coats and bags, you will have a designated VIP cloakroom free of charge.
4.
Before you begin your journey, don’t forget to grab your complimentary glass of champagne and take a photo with friends and, if you’re lucky, some of our wonderful cast members in front of the official Come Alive! photo-board.

Feel free to explore all that the Empress Museum has to offer as there will be many interactive pre-show performances and exciting areas to see. Here is a map to help you navigate.

Be sure to make your way to the Sky Terrace that is exclusive to VIP ticket holders - that’s where the free flowing champagne, wine and soft drinks are served alongside delicious circus-inspired light bites.
The Sky Terrace is where you can meet cast members and enjoy the VIP pre-show entertainment.
7.
The main event in the Big Top will begin at 7:30pm (or 2:30pm for matinee shows). Your seats in the EMPRESS section come complete with side tables for food and drink.
8.
During the 20-minute Interval, head back into the exclusive VIP Balloon Bar for more drinks, entertainment and hot food, including mini-burgers and fries.
