Just a short walk away, West Brompton is exceptionally well connected, with numerous tube, train and bus routes, and is coupled with excellent cycle routes and dedicated pedestrian walkways. Additionally, the Earls Court, West Kensington, and Fulham Broadway stations are all within walking distance.

To help us provide the best possible service, KX Tickets have partnered with Nimbus Disability and The Access Card; a universal way of communicating your access requirements as a disabled person.
To ensure the right tickets are sold to the right people, we require all access bookers to provide us with a Nimbus registration number in order to qualify for any access discounts available at the time of booking.
Please join the Nimbus Access Scheme in advance, you can find the information you need on the Nimbus Access Card website. Please note it can take 7-10 days for your application to be processed at peak times.
When you sign up for a Nimbus account you have two options.
KX Tickets Access Scheme: This scheme is free of charge and will last for three years. Your Nimbus ID will be used to verify the individual needs for visiting one of our participating venues. This could be a wheelchair space, access to a hearing loop or a plus 1 companion ticket. All KX access card holders receive a discounted ticket, however discounted companion tickets will only be made available to those who qualify.
Access Card: The Access Card costs £15 and offers you all the benefits of the KX access scheme but on a national level. Access cards also last three years but can be used at other venues, attractions and stadiums around the country If you wish to register your interest to find out more about the venue's access facilities please opt-in to hear from the access team when you sign up for priority access here at http://tickets.comealiveshow.com/
Bag policy
In line with other venues, we have implemented security measures for any bags brought into the venue. We encourage attendees to come without bags, but if you need one, please bring the smallest possible to suit your needs. Please note that suitcases are not permitted at the venue.

Prohibited items at Come Alive! include:
- Glass bottles/containers/receptacles (excluding medication in glass bottles)
- Alcohol of any kind
- Large bags (bigger than 50cm x 30cm x 20cm), suitcases and luggage
- Plastic water bottles or water bottle tops
- Outside food
- Professional photography or video equipment
- Laser pointers, laser equipment, or strobe lights
- Canes for prop or costume purposes (only canes for assisted mobility are allowed)
- Pets or animals (excluding service animals - if you wish to bring a service animal please contact our team in advance at [email protected])
- Knives, bladed items, or any item deemed an offensive weapon (including chains or ceramic weapons)
- Personal protective devices, such as CS or pepper spray
- Firearms
- Fireworks
- Illegal/non-prescriptive drugs, including substances resembling illegal/non-prescriptive drugs
- Selfie Sticks
- Drones
- Demonstration items, such as placards or spray paint
- Walkie-talkies, phone jammers, or radio scanners
While top hats are allowed, we may ask you to remove them during the performance to ensure that the audiences sitting behind you have a clear view.
