'COME ALIVE!' is now playing at the Empress Museum, Earls Court, London. A bespoke venue with so much to discover, and includes a 700 seat Big Top. You will be able to locate the Empress Museum at:

Just a short walk away, West Brompton is exceptionally well connected, with numerous tube, train and bus routes, and is coupled with excellent cycle routes and dedicated pedestrian walkways. Additionally, the Earls Court, West Kensington, and Fulham Broadway stations are all within walking distance.
There is step-free and wheelchair access for both transferring and non-transferring patrons.
Yes, the Empress Museum is fully air conditioned throughout.
There is no parking at the Empress Museum, and parking around the venue is extremely limited.
All seating inside the Big Top is arranged in a raked, in-the-round layout, giving every guest an excellent view of the stage and performers. If you want to see our circus spectacular up close and feel a part of the greatest show, make sure to choose seats closer to the stage. Ringside seats in the front row offer the best view plus, these seats have extra legroom!
If you'd like a unique vantage point for our spectacular aerial performances, the back rows offer fantastic views of our circus artists flying through the air.
For the ultimate experience, choose VIP tickets in the Empress section, which include complimentary free-flowing drinks.
There is no strict dress code for Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular at the Empress Museum in Earls Court, London. Wear whatever you feel comfortable and confident in. Fancy dress is also embraced and encouraged! Please just be aware of audience members sitting directly behind you when choosing your Showman hats!

Explore life behind the Big Top in a vibrant backstage world where you can enjoy close-up performances, curious characters and savour delicious food and drink. Your interactive pre-show experience begins from 6.30pm for evening performances, 1.30pm matinees. Following that, take your seats in the Big Top, the show starts at 7.30pm/2.30pm.
Wednesday to Saturday evenings 7.30pm, Friday to Sunday matinees 2.30pm. Please note that performances during previews and across the Christmas and New Year period may differ.

Due to the interactive nature of the show, the age guidance is 5+. Please be aware under 5's, including babes in arms, will not be permitted, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Doors open 1 hour prior to the performance for an interactive pre-show. Seated performance in the Big Top is approximately 100 minutes and matinees begin at 2.30pm and Evening shows at 7.30pm, including interval.
Absolutely. The show is suitable for children aged 5+ and is designed to be enjoyed by the whole family. Because of the immersive and interactive nature of the experience, we cannot admit children under 5 years old, including babes in arms. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Yes, take a look at what's on offer at the Empress Diner here. We also offer a selection of beer, wine, champagne & prosecco, soft drinks, signature cocktails & mocktails. We, at Come Alive, operate a Check 25 Policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you may be asked to provide proof of age when buying alcohol. Please make sure to bring valid Photo ID (Driving Licence, Passport) with you when you attend.

Access
All seats in the front row (row A) are step free. Seats in all other rows are accessed via 2 steps per row, (2 steps for row B, 4 steps for row C and so on.)

To help us provide the best possible service, KX Tickets have partnered with Nimbus Disability and The Access Card; a universal way of communicating your access requirements as a disabled person.
To ensure the right tickets are sold to the right people, we require all access bookers to provide us with a Nimbus registration number in order to qualify for any access discounts available at the time of booking.
Please join the Nimbus Access Scheme in advance, you can find the information you need on the Nimbus Access Card website. Please note it can take 7-10 days for your application to be processed at peak times.
When you sign up for a Nimbus account you have two options.
KX Tickets Access Scheme: This scheme is free of charge and will last for three years. Your Nimbus ID will be used to verify the individual needs for visiting one of our participating venues. This could be a wheelchair space, access to a hearing loop or a plus 1 companion ticket. All KX access card holders receive a discounted ticket, however discounted companion tickets will only be made available to those who qualify.
Access Card: The Access Card costs £15 and offers you all the benefits of the KX access scheme but on a national level. Access cards also last three years but can be used at other venues, attractions and stadiums around the country If you wish to register your interest to find out more about the venue's access facilities please opt-in to hear from the access team when you sign up for priority access here at http://tickets.comealiveshow.com/

There is no dedicated parking for the Empress Museum as the area in front of the museum is pedestrianised and not accessible to cars. The nearest option is Empress Place (SW6), which is a short walk away from the venue for Blue Badge holders, or for those who require as short a distance as possible. The spaces cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make sure to check the Fulham and Hammersmith Council website for further guidelines and advice about accessible parking before traveling. Additionally, it is advisable to check the bordering Kensington and Chelsea Council website as well.

Bag policy
In line with other venues, we have implemented security measures for any bags brought into the venue. We encourage attendees to come without bags, but if you need one, please bring the smallest possible to suit your needs.
Yes, all bags will be inspected upon entry.

Yes, handbags are permitted.
No digital cameras/professional photography equipment of any kind will be permitted as stated on our prohibited items list. We do allow phones with cameras into the space. No selfie sticks.

- Glass bottles/containers/receptacles (excluding medication in glass bottles)
- Alcohol of any kind
- Plastic water bottles or water bottle tops
- Outside food
- Professional photography or video equipment, any camera with a flash which is extremely dangerous if used during circus performance
- Laser pointers, laser equipment, or strobe lights
- Canes for prop or costume purposes (only canes for assisted mobility are allowed)
- Pets or animals (excluding service animals - if you wish to bring a service animal please contact our team in advance at [email protected])
- Knives, bladed items, or any item deemed an offensive weapon (including chains or ceramic weapons)
- Personal protective devices, such as CS or pepper spray
- Firearms
- Fireworks
- Illegal/non-prescriptive drugs, including substances resembling illegal/non-prescriptive drugs
- Selfie Sticks
- Drones
- Demonstration items, such as placards or spray paint
- Walkie-talkies, phone jammers, or radio scanners
- All filming and photography equipment aside from a personal mobile phone will be confiscated
While top hats are allowed, we may ask you to remove them during the performance to ensure that the audiences sitting behind you have a clear view.
