Joel Roxendal

Circus Performer

Joel Roxendal grew up in the Swedish Countryside, where there were as many mooses and bears as there were humans. Now he lives in the outskirts of Stockholm where he built his house during the long Covid times. 

During the last years Joel has toured the world with companies such as Cirque du Soleil, Pophouse Entertainment, Feurwerk der Turnkunst, CirkusCirkör and created shows with his own company. 

Joels siblings molded him into the person he is today. As the next to youngest of 10, he had to be quick and agile to get out of any trouble when he had agitated his older siblings. It was a magnificent day when he realized he could beat all of them in wrestling or a contest of speed.
